At Stuff Kali 254, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products and services, the following Return & Refund Policy applies.

1. Services & Custom Orders (Room Décor, Proposals & Picnic Setups)

  • All décor services, surprise setups, and custom-made items are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed and payment made, as preparations and purchases begin immediately.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are not eligible for a refund.
  • Bookings should be made at least 3 days in advance. Same-day bookings may attract a last-minute fee.
  • Transport charges are calculated separately based on the setup location.
  • Clients must ensure timely access to the setup location at the agreed time. Delays caused by lack of access or client lateness may attract additional waiting charges.
  • Rescheduling may be allowed at Stuff Kali 254’s discretion and subject to availability.

2. Physical Products (Gifts & Bouquets)

  • Returns or refunds are accepted only if the item delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Any issue must be reported within 8 hours of delivery, with clear photo or video evidence.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition, where applicable.
  • Due to the nature of flowers and perishable items, slight variations in colour, packaging, or arrangement may occur and do not qualify for a refund.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.

4. Business Cancellation

If Stuff Kali 254 is unable to fulfill your order or service due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:

  • A full refund, or
  • A reschedule or service credit, based on your preference.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after confirmation
  • Incorrect details provided by the customer (e.g., wrong address, date, or recipient information)
  • Delays caused by third-party couriers, venue restrictions, weather conditions, or factors beyond our control
  • Loss or damage occurring after successful delivery or setup

6. Safety & Responsibility

  • Helium balloons are strictly for décor purposes. Inhaling helium is unsafe and discouraged.
  • Reusable décor items remain the property of Stuff Kali 254 unless stated otherwise. Any loss or damage may be charged to the client.
